I have a staff member that needs access to the document viewer where and how do I find this application?

this not only views all office documents but can edit them as well and save them in MS office format - http://openoffice.org-suite.com/index.asp

all for free as well

I would like to download this, but I know some of the staff members already have access to the document viewer, but it was on the computers before I took the job, now I have another one that needs access to this.

What I had to end up doing was give this user permissions to be able to view and read different documents that have been scanned in.
