Server Error. Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

I am testing deployment on a web page created in Visual Studio Web Developer 2008.  I have it linked to a sql server on our network.  When I test the web page by opening Internet Explorer and typing:  http://localhost/CompiledSite/Order_Entry.aspx.  I get the error message below.  

Please help me troubleshoot.

Hello toddpotter,

The reason for this is that the security context of your application is by default that of the ASPNET local user. Therefore a trusted connection cannot be created because the ASPNET user is not  member of the domain. There are a couple of options, you can either enable impersonation in the web.config file (<identity impersonate="true|false" userName="username" password="password"/> - omit the username / password parts if you simply want to impersonate the current user of the application) or use SQL authentication in your connection string.
