Video Codecs for x64 (DIVX?)

We have some users who need to open certain video extension files and can't do so, the problem is that they are usin x64 and the versions i have found (divx for example), are for x86... can't seem to make much progress for the moment, any way of findind 64 version of divx codecs, or another good reliable tool?

ike_it,  divx codecs are freely available for all OS at divx dot come  did you try there?

There maybe other problems with this video than just missing a codec, I recomend keeping gspot handy so that infuture if you have a video or audio problem drop it on to get the codec analyser to show what the problem maybe.
It will tell you if you have the codecs installed or need some.
Once it's analysed look down to Codecs solutions and tests then click on V1 then V2 and V3

Just to add most codecs in the form of a media player
try media player classic it supports a variety of video formats
