I was able to run the unlodctr &nbsp;and lodctr comands without using the ini file and all is fixed.<br />
My citrix server is now reporting its load factor.<br />

It seems that we have more problems with just the issue. We have not tried these therefore I cannot tell you if it works. I will accept two solutions.

What is the perfts.dll file? We recvd error message
