having problems with  out office auto reply while away on vacation.
The problem was that when someone emails us here that person only gets our out of office message one time; although they might email us 3 times during that day. However we need an out of office emailed  message every time we email them even if it's three times during that day.

We would like our out of office message (while out of the office) sent every time someone sends us an email.

Hello
This can be done with a serverside rule in Outlook. Just deactivate the out-of-office message and go into the rules guide under tools menu in Outlook. I'm om my Ubuntu machine now so please bare with me. The rule I mean is called "have server respond with message" or something like that. I can write more clearly for you if I can get on my Windows machine.
Using this rule needs a bit caution since it can generate a mailbounce so make sure you put in an exception rule at the end so it will ignore response with the title of your autoresponse e-mail.
