I unplugged my two UPS's because of the lightning storm, but vcan't get my APC up and running again. &nbsp;The Belkin simply requires the touch of a button. &nbsp;The APC isn't that easy.<br />

Can someone please tell me the start command to load up the UPS? &nbsp;The lights are flashing, and the UPS is not powering on.<br />

Should I press and hold? &nbsp;Push twice? &nbsp;It's always a mystery to me, and I can't find the manual.<br />
