CssClass to override skin file.

I have a skin file I've created for a gridivew.  I have a column in the gridview that I want to apply a different CssClass to.  How can I override the skin to use the cssClass in one column.  I'm using a Stylesheet theme.

gvwMain.Columns[0].ItemStyle = "yourCssClass";
