Need Outlook Web Access. Need tips and tricks.

hello,

some of our clients have asked us for Outlook Web Access. We currently only use cPanel's webmail which works great.

1. is there any way that we can signup on a website to manage multiple domain names (representing our clients) and having ability to manage their email accounts, similar to WHM/cPanel? Each client has around 2-15 email addresses.

2. is there a low budget site that offers this (probably hosted solution, unless there are extreme savings to have the exchange server inhouse)?

3. i guess I can simply just change our MX record to point to that new service while leaving all existing web files on the current server.

4. most of the our clients also have blackberry (ATT, Verizon, TMobile) and are currently setup directly via the phone providers interface.

5. all of our clients are currently on the same dedicated server.

any advice to the above points in appreciated.

You are definatly looking at hosted exchange, this could either be your own exchange box or perhaps get a reseller account with someone like www.messagehub.co.uk. (not recomending them just showing companies do this type of thing) Exchange would handle the multiple domains easily you can set poicies so when people are added you put in their company name and it generates an e-mail address with the correct domain.

If you have the expertise and enough clients go for a full exchange box if not go the reseller route.

To get Blackberries working well we always use BES (blackberry enterprise server) it is free up to 15 users I think. But if you are reselling this you will need more. You can connect most BB's these days to download e-mail without BES either as pop3 or by putting in your outlook web access settings but this is not ideal and does not share calenders etc. I expect this will not be available with the resellers but you could obv installit on your own server.
