Outlook Mail headers are being truncated

Some of my mail headers on incoming messages are sometimes being truncated, so that the mail and any attachments are not parsed correctly. This is happening randomly with certain senders, to the point of sometimes I will receive a mail message fine from a sender, but other times I will not.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Is there some sort of spam or AV filter running on your server? That could be responsible.

it is only affecting one of my users.  All others (over 100) are not reporting any issues.  There is an an antivirus running on my exchange server.

In that case it might be a damaged pst file or a corrupt mail profile.

I suppose running ScanPST.exe might be a good step:
