How to set scan "from email" to automatic address?

I have a new konica minolta copier and right now when I go to scan something to an email address, i have to manually go into the "communications settings" then go into from and highlight the one address that the scans are being sent from.  How do I set it so it automatically sends from that address without me having to go in there and highlight the address?

It's been a few years since I have used a Konica Minolta, but you should be able to browse into the machine from it's IP address and look for some settings.  You will probably have to login to the admin mode, if memory serves it should be "admin" or "administrator" with a blank password.  Some of their units used to use "sysadm" as the logon also.

Inside there you may have to look around but there should be a setting to set up a default email "from" address.
