I have a table/form with field called CurrentDueDates and field called UserEmail with the email address, I would like to send automatic reminder to user if the currrentDueDates are within 15 days of today or are past.
Question is, can the reminder be sent into Louts Notes programtically without user having to open Access database.

If this is an email reminder, then you have a few options.

To automate the process,  you can export the table to Excel or as a CSV, and have Notes read that file instead of access, and send out the emails.

I hope this helps !
