SBS 2003 licenses lost and have to be restored repeatedly

About every 3-4 weeks, our licenses on the SBS 2003 server go missing.  We reenter them and everything works great for a while, but it inevitably happens again.  There is nothing obvious in the event log.  Could this have anything to do with limited disk space on c:\?

Never mind.  I found the cause and the solution.  It is directly related to running out of drive space on c:\.
