In office you can choose to save as a 'webpage' or save for internet, check those options.

however, if you are looking to create a flyer why not create an image in photoshop as that way you will have a visual impact to make the flyer stan out - even webpages need graphics, and if you have no HTML software (other than Office) then learning how to use and get the most from a webpage (html flyer) will take a while.

Much easier for you to to create a nice image for your flyer with text drawn on it and then upload that image onto craigslist.

Nice imagery can be found for free at www.sxc.hu

Just thinking that a flyer is a very visual thing so why not focus on the image - adding it to the site will be a case of uploading the image, or setting some basic HTML tags such as

<img src="flyer.jpg" />

that's it...

you may have to save the image somewhere on the internet first but there's plenty of photo storage sites and then your html would be

<im src="http://www.storageplace.com/flyer.jpg" />

places you can store are (for example)
www.photobucket.com
www.pixagogo.com
