Outlook closes after failed Exchange server connection - how to reset settings

I'm having an issue with Outlook 2007.  Every time I open it, it attempts to connect to an Exchange server that no longer exists.  When it fails Outlook closes completely.  How do I reset the account settings or clear them somehow so I can use Outlook again?  Preferably without reinstalling.

Enter Control panel, and then double click the mail icon.  You should now be able to edit/remove your account details prior to loading outlook.
