Software for VPN (remote-site) on the go?

Is there a software that is portable which allows me to just throw onto a USB stick and will hold all the info regarding the PPTP conenction, and if possible, Cisco IPSec so that I dont have to use the VPN Client Software.

WHY::
* I continually format my computer - which means I continually lose my DUN settings
* I constantly go site-to-site and need to establish VPN connections to various sites
* Im sick of entering all my username and passwords everytime I format/new site/computer

Its a quibble, but would make my life a hell of a lot simpler.

You could use a preconfigured cisco vpn client that already has all of your settings in it.
Check this guide out:

Thanks for the response.

Yes I have a pre-configured Cisco VPN client, although was hoping there was some sort of all-in-one products. I guess not.
