I have a problem with  a Driver of device in mother DQ35MP

Hello people I have a problem, I have a Mother DQ35MP Intel with Windows 2003 Standard Service pack in English
And I have a device for which I can not find the driver and I get into conflict in the device manager.
I know that there are no native drivers for this mother for windows 2003, but all other components could install without problems
get off with all the drivers page intel for Windows XP and there is no case

it is the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface (HECI)

Hello, if that is the Intel (R) Engine Management Interface (HECI).
In fact drivers to get off the page of HECI Intel but there is no case.
The setup.exe is not enforced because he said that the operating system is not compatible and from the device manager and I can not upgrade, do not get the file .Inf

that is the problem; i identified the device, but check on the intel pages if you can find somewhere a driver
