Hi,

I have web application, when user press "Delete" button, first I want to check his authority to delete.
If he has the authority the I will show the message box for him to choose "Yes" "No".
Then the application will check his response to do something.

Please help how to do it.

Thank you.

You have 2 choices: alert() or confirm() in JavaScript. Now, if you want
something fancier than that, you will have to write an ActiveX control or
Java applet to do it. My guess is you'll settle for confirm().
