My understanding of the Apple TV is that it's a set-top-box that receivees streamed programmes that you buy from that service. So I wouldn't think that it's going to accept a TV input. TVs generally accept an analogue video input -- either composite or component or S-Video + L/R audio -- so you need those outputs from the video/soundcard in your PC to then connect to your TV.
In the modern digital world if your happen to have an HDMI output from your video card on your PC and a HDMI input on your plasma or LCD TV then you can accept a direct digital video/audio input.

Apple TV has a component video output by which it is supposed to show in aTV. i also researched in google and found that only videos and shows from itunes store and youtube  can be seen in the TV.
Actually i want to see the internet TV which i can see it in the pc , but the problem is when it is turned to full screen in the pc itself it is not clear . So i thought i can do it with apple tv since i have the device lying in myplace.

i do not preffer to change the display card

thanks

As I've stated: "My understanding of the Apple TV is that it's a set-top-box that receivees streamed programmes that you buy from that service. So I wouldn't think that it's going to accept a TV input."

The reason that your YouTube and iTunes videos look pixilated when you go to full screen is because they have a low resolution to begin with. You need a high resolution for full screen display of video.
Something like 720 x 480.   Resolutions lower that that will also work -- but 320 x 240 won't cut it.
