Import DICOM 3 Medical Images in VB.NET

Hi Experts

I am creating a project on Hospital in which I need to import Images sequences of DICOM 3, this is actually especial video frames in shape of sequence images, I need to play them in VB.NET.

how can i Play  DICOM 3 image sequences in VB.NET.
I have an alternative way but for this I need to play Adobe Flash Video (.FLV) in VB.NET
I know how to convert DICOM 3 image sequence in FLASH VIDEO .FLV frames, but I don't know how to play .FLV file in VB.NET.

I need only IMAGES, but maybe it can help you too.
Dont ask me for further "support" i found it during this search and started trying out.
