Issue with certain FTP sites
I am having issues accessing a FTP Site. Clients are configured as web proxy clients and the rule is for authenticated users. I can access ftp.microsoft.com but when try and ftp mail.immis.com.au I get a denied connection

it seems like you are logging in with anonymous, but that server require authorization as the status states "12209 The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request". Are you sure you can log in as anonymous?
After you have verified whether anonymous connections are allow or not to that particular website... And if you are still having problems...you may also want to create an all users FTP firewall rule for that particular site and see if it works.
