Windows 2003 Terminal Server crashes with BSOD

The server did a BSOD last night and returned this error code:
1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 808933b7, parameter3 f48467a8, parameter4 00000000.
I have checked the mini-dump and that is pointing at win32k.sys, but that does not help me to much.
I need to know exactly what caused this crash so i can prevent it form happening again.

Probaly not what you want to hear but Im guessing faulty ram and/or motherboard. Depending on what type of server your running you should be able to run hardware diagnostics on supplied with the server to verify that.
