Unfortunately IBM doesn't publish their formula for calculating CPW on your own box.  The CPW ratings IBM does publish are similar to the TPC-C benchmark and are for a box at it's max capacity.

IBM does provide a benchmarking service so you can know if a newer/larger box will meet your performance demands.
