Getting outlook calendar appointments into Notes

The standard iCAL format is supported from R7 and up, and should work transparently.

The question is what do you mean by "import"

Please provide more details.

By import I mean get everything from someones Outlook calendar into Notes. We are having to move from Exchange and Outlook over to Domino and Notes.
 
So having everyones new notes client on there computer having the same diary as their old outlook without having to manually copy everything across.

You may already be passed this point But you should look at a migration tool like BinaryTree. You Can run this at the server. and move all the data from Exchange to the Domino server.
