MS SQL Server Enterprise Manager Had DTS but SQL Server Management Studio Express Does Not???

MS SQL Server Enterprise Manager Had DTS but SQL Server Management Studio Express Does Not.  How can I get Data Transformation Services for Studio Express?  I have tried installing a DTS setup that was supposed to work, but it only gives me an import/export wizard and no DTS with a GUI plus all the other goodies.

Please advise.

No ETL tools come w/ the express versions.

I have been googling about this and there are lots of links that claim to add DTS to this version.  They all run (or at least don't indicate a failure), but do not provide DTS.

I've not seen any DTS or SSIS tools that come w/ the Express version.  Here is a link from MS on it:
