Viewing a Sender's email properties in Outlook 2003?

When opening an email in Outlook 2003 from an internal sender and clicking on the persons name in the 'From:' field, we get the following message:


"Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid for this recipient. Microsoft Exchange is not configured to support details templates in your language(English). Contact your administrator."

It seems to be working fine for external emails.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

I've only found one thing on this and the supposed fix was rather "extreme" I guess.

I can't vouch for it...if you end up going this direction, it might be worth paying MS for a support call; depending on your comfort level with this.  I've used their tech support for exchange in the past and have found them to be very good.  I think the phone support pushes $300 per incident, but you can open an email support call for around $100.
