Track File Permission Changes

We have several sys admins who have full control access, I need to be able to tell who chnaged permissions on several files, is there any way to track this?

You need to enable auditing of object access and then enable the auditing of "full control" and "modify" on the desired folders

The article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310399 is for XP but 2003 is essentially the same
