I am  installing rightfax  client 8.01  onto a user's PC. sometimes when we install this it doesn't install the rightfax printer. So the workaround is  to do a repair and it installs it. It isn't doing it this time. I have removed and reinstalled no such luck. Any idea's?

Hello there,

Are you installing this from a CD of File? Either way, I would go to the site and try downloading a new installer.

we have been installing it over the network.  when we first install it it doesn't install the  rightfax printer. so we do a repair and it installs it. On this new laptop we ordered it isn't doing it. I have tried  installing from the cd no such luck either
