Free/Busy doesn't publish more than 1 Month of Calendar Data

I am perplexed as to why I cannot view/schedule more than 1 month using the Free/Busy feature within Outlook.  I went to my Free/Busy options and made sure that all of our clients were publishing 3 months of calendar information, but I can only see 1 Month.  Strange.
