Setting up new email address in Outlook

I already have three email addresses set up in Outlook, two hotmail ones and one address hosted by our web hosting company.
I have two questions to ask:
1. One of these addresses, xxx@faith.org.uk appears in the Folder List as "Personal Folders" whereas the two hotmail addresses appear as yyy@hotmail.com and zzz@hotmail.com. How can I change the name of the first one to xxx@faith.org.uk
2. I have just added a new email address to the hosted ones and I have added this to hotmail using Tools/Email Accounts. It tests ok when I click test account settings. However, it is not listed in the Folder list.
What have I done wrng?

Hello bogorman,

Hotmail account have email come into its own folder.  POP3 account comes into the Inbox of the Personal Folders. If faith.org.uk is the only POP3 account you have, then emails come into its own folder, the Personal Folders.

But the default folders in Personal Folders cannot be renamed.  You can create a new folder, xxx@failth.org.uk, and set up a mail rule to move emails into that folder.

Hope this helps!

Right click on the top level folder in Personal Folders, and select New Folder. Name the folder.

Hi,
Am still having problems, though have with your help successfully renamed the first email folder.
What I cannot do is to set up a new folder for the second (POP3) email address so that ALL messages associated with this address go into the folder. Think rules only divert messages where a defined word appears in the subject.
How can I arrange for everything associated with sales@faith.org.uk (the new account) - Inbox, Outbox, Deleted, etc - appear in this folder?
Regards

You can move all incoming emails to Inbox to this folder with a rule. You can set up another rule to move sent message to this folder or a subfolder.
