I have had my Blackberry for almost a year now and it is realy getting slow like it is bogged down. &nbsp;For example sometimes when I select an icon like messages or my address book it might take 30 seconds or more to open. It sometimes crashes where I either have to shut it down or pull the battery. &nbsp;If I have to pull the battery it can take 30 to 45 minutes to reboot ! &nbsp;Any ideas on what is going on and how I can fix this ? &nbsp;

For example sometimes when I select an icon like messages or my address book it might take 30 seconds or more to open. It sometimes crashes where I either have to shut it down or pull the battery. Blackberry just started to get very slow.
