Recall meeting request?

hey experts

is there a way to recall a meeting request, the same way you recall a message, so that the recipient never sees the request?

i have a user who is "outlook challenged" she will send 3-4 meeting requests to her boss about the same thing, only to get yelled at later.  now, ive trained her and worked with her, but she is struggling with this.  

i am looking just for an answer to the question, not advice on how to teach her.

Best way is to delete the meeting and then the others will get the notification.

Well, the links I provided you did indicate a solution and I did provide a alternative, so I believe I gave you the correct solution, so I am not sure why you are closing but if you must, but I do object....The one thing I would like to know as well as for the community purpose is what was "figured out a better solution"?  What other solution, please provide the answer for all others to know this information as well.
