I have a Ricoh Aficio 811DN Laser Color printer that is giving me an error stating &quot;Turn main power off, Then set the PCU correctly, Magenta&quot;<br />

I have tried reseating and even replacing the Magenta PCU and the error still will not go away. &nbsp;There does not appear to be anything physical in the jack that would be keeping the PCU from making a solid connection.<br />

Any Ideas? &nbsp;The error is blocking me from reaching the maintenance menus so I can not clear. &nbsp;I would also be interested in the procedure to do a hard boot or factory reset on this printer in hopes of clearing the message.
