Please replace Magenta PCU error
I have a Ricoh Aficio 811DN Laser Color printer that is giving me an error stating "Turn main power off, Then set the PCU correctly, Magenta"
I have tried reseating and even replacing the Magenta PCU and the error still will not go away. There does not appear to be anything physical in the jack that would be keeping the PCU from making a solid connection.
Any Ideas? The error is blocking me from reaching the maintenance menus so I can not clear. I would also be interested in the procedure to do a hard boot or factory reset on this printer in hopes of clearing the message.

Yes it is genuine. At this point I'm looking for a way to clear the error or do a factory reset on the printer.

Is there any test procedure I can do to see if the drive gear is rotating?
The chip inside will not work otherwise.
