Merging PowerPoint files using Adobe 8.0

How can I merge  PowerPoint files using Adobe 8.0?  Since upgrading to Office 2007 I keep getting Missing PDF Maker Files...even after re-installing.

Have you applied the latest service packs for Acrobat from Adobe?
