WSUS 3. gives , Unable to download Software License Terms
I have installed WSUS 3.1 and I have setup a GP for all the clients.
All the clients reported to the server and I created computer groups to put them in.
When I go to approve certain updates like update for windows xp (kb920342) I get an error saying
"This update cannot be approved for installation because its Microsoft Software License Terms failed to download". I click retry download and get the same error message. It has been installed for a week so far if that helps.
I have looked all through the wsus section but didnt see anything.
Any help would be great.

How long before I know if it has worked?
I ran it in a dos prompt and it said "Running... SetForegroundDownload
then went away.

Check your download status and see if it syncs fully
any joy with the download?

It looks as if everything is still downloading. It used to error out pretty quick.
I am thinking your help is the solution.
Give me an hour or two to play around on it.

So; I have tried all of the suggestions, and I still cannot get the files to download. I've even uninstalled and re-installed the application numerous times. Am I missing something?
