Function address 0x7c90fe50 caused a protection fault,exception code 0xc0000005

I am having a problem with some network printers. when I go to print or look at the printer properties, I get an microsoft error message (Function Address 0xc90fe40 caused a protection fault. exception code 0xc0000005. I can print from other printers but not from specific ones.

problem here is an update has put a new printer driver on your install but teh old driver is still hav=ging around.

you need to dleete all versions of the old driver and then reinstall the new printer driver or completely de install it reboot and tehn reinstall shoudl do it
