MS Hyper-V Error "New Virtual Machinie failed to chagne state"

Done with the installation process of Windows Server 2008 Virtualization with SP1, I created a brand new Virtual Machine and tried to power on, unfortunately, an error message exhibiting like attached screenshot occurred.

Error output "New Virtual Machinie failed to chagne state"

Please kindly show some light on it.

Physical Server Specs:

HP ProLiant DL380 G5 with Intel E5410.

That's beacuse your machine does not have all the requirements to virtualiza machines:
