Hi all,

I am looking for a program which will let me edit multiple calanders access rights at the same time.  Basically we have a lot of staff come and go in the offices (all of which whom have new usernames) who all need access to engineers calanders.  It is quite time consuming to login and out of the user accounts and share them.  Does anyone know of a program for doing this

Regards

Keir

I don't know of a program off the top of my head, but for the engineer calendars, setup the appropriate permissions for a group.  Then, when a new user comes along, just add them to the group.  No need to go to each calendar folder.
