Exmerge ignores mailbox

I am trying to create a PST of an old user whose account was removed several months back.  I have used RSG and Exmerge in the past to perform this without issue however this particular user is not showing up in Exmerge.  When I examine the Exmerge log I see the following entry:
Mailbox '/O=OURDOMAIN/OU=DALLAS/CN=CONFIGURATION/CN=CONNECTIONS/CN=SMTP (OURMAILSERVER)/CN={AD761470-C32C-4EB4-BCEA-469840AA52D4}' will be ignored as its DN contains strings in the ignore list
Error! Cannot identify the user with the msExchMailboxGuid \19\844IuF\A4A\A3\EF\C4\21\600\3B\E4. The legacyExchangeDN is /O=OURDOMAIN/OU=DALLAS/CN=HOUSTON/CN=USERIWANT.
Any assistance with this is appreciated.

I believe this solution is just what I'm looking for.  I will have to wait until I am able to restart the MSExchangeSA service before I can see if it fixes my issue.  I will post the results.  Thanks.
