JavaScript Hash: crc32 equivalent

I would like for JavaScript to return a hash for a word that is EXACTLY the same as PHP's crc32 function would return.

           <?php
           echo crc32("Hello");  //// Returns -137262718
           ?>

Now I want a JavaScript function to return "-137262718" for "Hello"

Is this reasonably possible?
