MS Reporting Services Setup - HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden

Hi,

I'm having problems with setting up MSRS, i've installed it on a Vista 32bit machine with no issues at all i've run Report Services Configuration and its all green. The problem occurs when I select to deploy my first report I get the following message "The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden. (System.Web.Services)" the error details are as follows;

When I open http://localhost/ReportServer I get the following message;
