Streaming media service in Windows 2003. What is this and for whome is it useful.

Windows Media Services is essentially installed to a server which you want to stream media content - such as videos and music files - to employees on the network and perhaps out to the Internet. It enables certain options including media caching and streaming, and gives a much richer experience for people accessing videos/audio files on the server.
