jQuery Flexigrid IE/FF issue

Hello Experts,
I am using Flexigrid to display results on the page, all I am doing is to get the current selected name from the drop down , fetch its details from the xml file and show in the Flexigrid.
For some reason it is working fine in FF but it do not seems to be working in IE.
Please can someone advice me on this.
Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks

Make sure the data you are sending back is not breaking your script. I just tried selecting test7 and "Matty Test" and it works OK on ie6.

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/Scripting/JavaScript/Q_23502750.html

you know the another feature of flexigrid was you can swap the colums by dragging and leaving where you want to add....

the problem is with the notes field, when i drag this field to the second column and then try resizing other fields in the grid, the header columns width getting over stretched with one another....
i will open a new question for this hielo , please help in this as well as i cannot seems to have understand the problem there...
hope you see my point?
