Best way to track a message for end users?

What tools or applications do you recommend to track an email or emails for end users?  The tracking tool within Exchange 2007 is fine however the output is not the greatest thing to send to an enduser.

What do you do when someone asks you "How many emails did an email address get for the past few days?"

If you're thinking about some anit spam solution i would recommend Sonicwall Email security which apart of very good spam filter also has very good reporting tool. All kind of statistics are available.
