I remove and repaired Zetafax and it still say" FAIL TO SEND MESSAGE". Also when I send a doc to printer it say "you must run the zetafax client program(ZETAFAX.EXE) to address the fax" and then I hit ok and it takes me to zetafaxs and I go thorugh everything and then I get "FAIL TO SEND MESSAGE"

On the Zetafax Server can be seen the status of the server in "real-time", so if you are sending a fax it shows you the status of the fax e.g., preparing, dialing, waiting, sending, failed.  Now if there is no clue as to the reasons for failure by watching this screen, you can go into the log on the client pc where you sent it from, pick the fax you are interested in from a browse list.  You will see a complete list of all the activity pertaining to that fax in that log.  It would be helpful to paste that log as a comment into this Q so we can assist you further.  (Please anonymise any bits you feel are confidential by replacing with x's).

What make and model of fax modem are you using?
