How do you add and delete things from the Quick Launch area in Vista and how do you vary the size of the area?

Here is a simple tutorial:

To expand the Quick Launch area, simply right-click the task bar, uncheck "Lock the Taskbar," and then drag the right-hand dotted vertical border of the Quick Launch area towards the right.
