I checked out Spiceworks, and I have to agree it looks really good.

However, in case the ITIL/ISO standards are of paramount importance, here is an excerpt from the response I received from a query to SysAid's tech support:

"SysAid was designed and implemented with ITIL in mind.

SysAid current version includes :

* inventory management
* software License management.
* CMDB architecture. ( v5.5 June 2008) (1)

It allows for network monitoring, server monitoring, licence monitoring etc.
Plus it's your helpdesk system!

What's more, it's completely free!

By far, this is the best product out there. I would love to be proven wrong!

Spiceworks is a great tool. Some of my customers use it and works as a whistle BUT part of the question was:

Spiceworks isn't ISO certified and I'm not sure ITIL can be used with Spiceworks:

Helpdesk will be included in SAP portal
and My IT Department have plan to go for ISO certification
and we have a plan to invest up to $ 25K
I had a evaluations for sysAd and Spiceworks
i need to customize the product for my need
support part will be (client, System, Network, SAP& others)
need min 6 admin login, 2 head login & 2 manager login
