Sync Symbian mobile with Exchange 2003

I have a SBS 2003 server and can't for the life of me figure why I'm not able to configure OMA to sync with my Nokia E65.
Only port 443 is open at the firewall and we use a GeoTrust SSL sertificate.

I can browse OMA from my Nokia. I get a not supported error message, but can continue and see the contents of my Exchange mailboks.

Mail For Exchange is configured, but every time I try to sync it says "Your account does not have permission to sync with your current settings".

Any suggestions to what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,
Rayner
