I have written VB6 database programs in the past and am wanting to learn Visual Basic Express.  Can anyone give advice on the best way to learn?  Things like good reference websites would help.  I'm not sure how much has changed and how easy (or hard) it will to learn the next version.  Is it a matter of getting a book and learning from that?
