Microsoft, Exchange, 2003 Enterprise Move to new server

I am attempting to find help with replacing a microsoft exchange 2003 server to a new server.  We are not inerested in keeping same server name and will be decommissioning old server after move.  Looking forany info to get me started.  How to install on new server, keeping same org name???
