How do I configure Exchange Server 2003 Macros to send out parts of emails to users?

We are currently sending emails to users via email, but would like to send an email notification via text to a pager. The problem with sending out to the pager is that we easily exceed the 500 character limit due to html, etc. code and others that are in the body of the email.  We would like the opportunity, if possible, to specify which parts of an email to send via pager.   Please send over suggestions or answers...any help is appreciated!!!

You should look at CDO and WEBDAV as possible methods to solve this.

If possible (and desirable) you can also use a computer with Outlook on it as well.
